About

Counting the coffee rings is the long awaited debut album from songwriter, producer, and performer, Eupham (fka euphAmism). After decades producing and performing on tracks and albums for other artists and writing music for film, tv, and video games, Eupham has synthesized his wide array of influences and experiences into a new and cohesive work. Counting the Coffee Rings is a rumination on time passed and explores relationships, self awareness, and fatherhood through a series of songs that borrow from psychedelic rock, hip-hop, gospel, and more all written, performed, recorded, and mixed entirely by Eupham over the past year.

Run borrows from modern hip-hop and R&B and explores what it means to be in a committed relationship. The song is a journey that starts by questioning if the performer should run from a relationship that has some challenges and ends on the idea that over time, the performer realizes that even the best relationships aren’t easy and that in actuality he is so deeply connected to his partner that he can’t imagine himself without her.

What at first listen might seem like a light pop song about sex and desires, hides a deeper meaning. INYHRN is about needing the love and support of your partner. It’s about needing someone to be there for you in the ways you want them to be, even if that’s in the middle of the night. At times it could be sex, but really it’s about understanding your partners needs. It’s actually a celebration dedicated to making the person you love, feel loved
